Delete your account

Delete directly in the app

Open the Loppos app and go to Settings → Delete account. Confirm your choice and deletion of your account begins right away.

Request deletion by email

Don't have the app to hand? Send an email from your registered address to support@loppos.com stating that you want to delete your account, and we will take care of it for you.

What gets deleted?

When you delete your account we permanently remove the personal data and content attached to it, including:

• your profile and account information
• your scans and valuations
• your collections (boards) and saved finds
• your direct messages (DMs)
• your listings

When does deletion happen?

After your request there is a 30-day grace period during which the account can be restored. After that your data is permanently deleted. Some data may be kept longer where required by law or accounting rules.
