About the service
Loppos is a service for discovering antique shops and flea markets, planning flea-market routes, valuing finds and sharing inspiration. By using Loppos you accept these terms. The service is free to use in its basic form; some features may require a subscription.
Your account
You are responsible for ensuring the details you provide are accurate and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 to create an account. You can close your account at any time.
Emails from us
Besides essential account emails — such as password resets and confirmations — we send two newsletters: one on Fridays with the week's finds from shops you've visited and a ready-made weekend route, and one on Sundays with app tips and inspiration from the flea market world. To make the letters relevant we use your postal code and which shops you've checked in at. Every letter contains an unsubscribe link that works with a single click, and you can turn each letter off at any time under Settings in the app. Essential account emails cannot be turned off while you have an account.
Content you share
You keep the rights to images and texts you upload, but grant Loppos the right to display them in the service. Only share content you have the rights to, and keep a good tone towards other users and shops. We may remove content that breaches the terms or the law.
Rules for user content
Loppos has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You may not publish content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable, and you may not offer goods that may not lawfully be sold. The same rules apply to the messages you send to other users.
Uploaded images are filtered automatically before they are published. You can report a listing, a find, a profile or a message directly from the screen where it appears, and you can block other users — a block applies in both directions. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and accounts that break them seriously or repeatedly are suspended.
About valuations
Loppos valuations are estimates based on available information and are intended as guidance — not as guaranteed market values. The final price at a flea market or in a shop is always settled between you and the seller.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription (Loppos Premium). The price is shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions purchased via the App Store renew automatically until you cancel; billing and cancellation are handled by Apple through your Apple account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current renewal period. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.
The app and the App Store
For the app downloaded via Apple's App Store, Apple's standard licence terms (EULA) also apply: Apple's standard EULA.
Governing law
The service is provided by Michelangelo AB. These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are settled by the Swedish courts.
